Meet Our Leadership
Mr. Saqr Hassan
Chairman of the Board
Saqr Hasan is a seasoned UAE-based investor. With over two decades of experience in the financial services sector, he brings a deep understanding of regional markets and investment strategy.
Saqr has recently acquired Cove Rotana Resort, an iconic landmark in Ras Al Khaimah through Cove Resort Holdings Limited (ADGM). Through his broader family network, Saqr maintains significant exposure to the hospitality sector in Jordan and Iraq, where the family owns and operates several five-star luxury resorts in partnership with Kempinski Hotels.
Dr. Abdulaziz AlAbdullatef
Vice Chairman of the Board
Dr. Abdulaziz Alabdulatef is a senior executive and board leader with expertise across education, tourism, finance, insurance, investment, food agencies, hospitality, and agriculture.
He serves on the Board of Trustees at Al Ain University and holds Vice Chairman roles at RAK Tourism Investment. He is also a board member at Takaful Emirates Insurance and CEO of Al Azizya Investment and Skybridge Properties Holdings Limited. Through these roles, he advances academic quality, sustainable tourism, corporate governance, economic growth, and innovation.
Mohamed Abdul Rahman Amiri
CEO
Mr. Mohamed Amiri is a senior banking executive with over 25 years of experience in the UAE financial services sector. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Ajman Bank from 2010, where he led the bank’s strategic repositioning and growth. His earlier career includes senior roles at HSBC, Dubai Islamic Bank, and Dubai Bank.
Mr. Amiri has received several leadership recognitions, including being named among the UAE’s Top 50 CEOs by Arabian Business, and is a recipient of the Islamic Banker Award and the National CEO Award.
