Our role is to act as an owner and strategic steward of tourism assets, ensuring that each property is positioned for long-term performance, guest relevance, and contribution to Ras Al Khaimah’s tourism ambitions.

RAK Tourism & Investment is jointly owned by the SKH Family Group, which holds a 60% ownership interest, and Alazizya Investments, which holds a 40% ownership interest. This partnership brings together complementary strengths, resources, and expertise to support the long-term growth and value of our tourism portfolio.
